Q. What is the Informational Teleclass?
A. It is a 45-minute group telephone session with Dr.
Sanford, for people interested in participating in the relationship-training
programs offered on the site.

Q. Do you need to take the class if you are already seriously
interested in coaching and intend to have the Personal
Coaching Consultation with Dr. Sanford?
A. No, you don't need to take the teleclass, although
you are welcome to, if you want.

Q. Is the teleclass an introduction to Relationship Coaching?
A. Not really. You should come to the class having already
read some or all of the articles on relationship coaching and
our program, that are found in the Coaching
Articles Collection, as well as checked out FAQs,
which answers common questions about coaching.

Q. Then what is the purpose of the teleclass?
A. The main purpose is to connect with Dr. Sanford. Listen
to him talk about the program and its philosophy. Ask a question
or two of your own.

Q. So there will be an opportunity to ask questions?
A. Yes, how many depends on the number of people in the
group who have questions to ask.

Q. What sort of questions will be okay?
A. Questions of a general nature about relationship coaching
and the program. Personal questions about yourself and your own
situation should be kept for the Sample Coaching Session.

Q. My partner and I are both interested in couples coaching.
Should we both attend the Informational Teleclass?
A. You can if you wish, but you don't need to. However,
you should definitely both take the Sample Coaching Session, either
individually or as a couple. If you both intend to take the Informational
Telelclass, please register for it separately.

Q. What about confidentiality?
A. Participation in the Teleclass is first name only.
Should you decide to do coaching with Dr. Sanford or one of his
associates, both your identity and the content of your coaching
sessions will be held in strictest confidence.
